At Nocturnal CBD, we always try to get your order out same day but ask for a 48 hour turnaround. Orders are filled in the order received. We do not ship on holidays or Sundays. All Orders will be shipped Friday-Saturday. You Also have the option to rush your order and skip the order que for an additional $9.99 for Same Day Shipping on In Stock items.

Free Shipping on orders over $100. Orders that Ship Free are Shipped USPS First Class Mail or FedEx Ground. We Do offer Express Delivery Services with FedEx for an additional fee. Please see Upgraded Shipping options at checkout. USPS Priority Mail Orders come with $50 insurance. Orders over $500 will only be shipped through FedEx Ground. Orders over $1,500 are signature required, unless otherwise instructed by the customer.

Items that are not in stock will be eligible for a refund or store credit, if you do not wish for the item to be back in stock. In some cases, we can have the manufacturer Drop ship directly to you. If the manufacturer drop ships your order, please allow up to 72 hours to receive tracking information. If the manufacturer is out of stock or has a delay, we always do our best to keep our customers in the loop.

Once your order has shipped you will be provided with your tracking number and your shipping carrier to track your order. Please allow up to 24 hours after you are provided with the tracking number for your item to be trackable in USPS, or Fedex System.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

You are solely responsible for product compliance and any import fees/tariffs in your country of residence. If seizure of your shipment does occur, we will NOT be held liable for any shipments held at customs. Customers located outside the United States order at your own risk. International Orders will be shipped via USPS, FedEx, or UPS. If you would like a specific method for your order, please make sure to select it at checkout.

RETURNS

Any return requests must be submitted within 10 days of purchase. Items that are not returned within 10 days will not be eligible for a refund or store credit, Nocturnal CBD does not currently pay the return shipping fee.

If the seal has been broken, or your products have been used, they will not be eligible for a refund. In the event that your package comes DOA, we ask for a picture to be sent to info@nocturnalcbd.com immediately.
